Cold air spins and an arctic chill sets in: a Polar Vortex has arrived. This work for multi-level orchestra by Katie O’Hara LaBrie encapsulates this wintery weather phenomenon through its driving D dorian tune, biting spiccato, and swirling motives. Perform the A parts (Grade 3) on their own, or add in multiple levels to include even your youngest beginners.

Instrumentation: The work comes will a full set of Part A (the stand alone work) and 2 parts each of the additional levels, with explicit copy permissions listed in the score.
